D-Link announces the imminent availability of new home automation components for the profirst home automation line: two new intelligent plugs la DSP-W118 e DSP-W320 (the latter certified for external use) and a battery flood sensor, the DCH-S161.
The DSP-W118 intelligent plug for internal use it is an actuator with maximum support 15A, controllable via theapp mydlink, which also allows the configuration of any on / off timer. The actuator does not provide for regulation of the output voltage (dimming), therefore it can be used only for switching on / off. The price is not yet known; obviously D-Link will make available the model with electrical outputs compatible with the various international systems (in the photo is rappresented the American plug).
The DSP-W320 intelligent plug, certified for external use (IP44), provides of two distinct electrical outputs, but it is not yet clear whether D-Link will allow for timely control of the same. The price is not yet known; obviously D-Link will make the model available with electrical outputs compatible with the various international systems.
The DCH-S161 flood sensor supports / replaces the already excellent DCH-S160; this new model, unlike its predecessor, is powered battery operated, similarly to the cousins of Xiaomi / Aqara. The sensor has a long 180 cm cable and a siren capable of delivering an alarm from the sound pressure by 90 db. The expected price should be around $ 49.99, not yet announced the European price.
On the front home automation integrability with HUB personal (Home Assistant, Homebridge etc.) we can only make conjectures: as plugins are available today, addon and components able to provide us with additions to the previous models of intelligent plugs Wi-Fi, we must assume that at least the two new actuators will be equally integrable. We will know more, however appen we will be in the availability of the components.
