TRÅDFRI, the now popular family of IKEA home automation components based on proProtocol ZigBee (a few months ago also compatible with the gateway Xiaomi), widens and makes room for new, interesting elements.
As reported online by HomeKit Hero, IKEA would in fact be about to launch a series of new systems of thelumination. First, a LED filament light bulb from around 800 lumens and capable of delivering three different white temperatures (not sapplet's see if all three are at 800 lm), available both with E27 and E14 screwdrivers.
Follows another light bulb, this time RGB which allows to emit up to 600 lumens on 9 specific colors.
Then the audience of already extends apprezzati for functionality float panels; reminiscent of the panels of the Nanoleaf, without obviously imitating the entertainment features (those of IKEA are "limited" to thelumiin white).
Finally, it would seem that IKEA intends to renew the started kit (gateway + light bulbs), but it's all in doubt, as it is perhaps in the possibility of seeing a Swedish-branded motion detector soon.
It is not yet known when these new elements will be available in Italy or what the prices will be, even if it is consistent to imagine availability within or immediately after the summer, as well as a price alignment of the implemented Italian catalog.
On the sidelines: the rumor remains for which by August should see the light the first IKEA speaker made in collaboration with Sonos and natively compatible Appthe AirPlay2. We just have to wait!
