The platform "Broadlink RM2 and A1 sensor ”, daughter of the component "Sensor” di Home Assistant, serves to define in configuration one or more sensors starting from the devices Broadlink RM2 e Broadlink A1 e-Air.

These sensor sensors collect information related to:

  • temperature;
  • relative humidity (only Broadlink A1 e-Air);
  • air quality (only Broadlink A1 e-Air);
  • luminosiness (only Broadlink A1 e-Air);
  • noise (only Broadlink A1 e-Air);

This platform it is not dedicated to receiving / sending 433mhz or infrared radiofrequency signals (provided with the device Broadlink RM2) but only to the definition of entity of type sensor.

Configuration

the configuration basis of any "Template sensor" in the file configuration.yaml it's pretty simple.
It is sufficient to insert an entry of this type:

The variables available for configuration customization are the following:

update_interval(integer, optional) The number of seconds between an updatenamento and the other.
host(string, mandatory) The IP of the device.
mac(string, mandatory) The address MAC device.
monitored_conditions(list | string, mandatory) The list of metrics to collect. The possible values ​​are ("termperature", "humidity", "air_quality", "light", "noise")
